Important Notice to Parents

Effective August 18th, 2010 due to changes at the state level, some patients may be required to pay for vaccines that have previously been provided at no cost. This includes vaccines required for school entry.

The state has provided a limited number of doses of vaccines required for school entry to use this school year to help with this transition.

Call 704-878-5300 if you questions about these changes or to schedule an appointment in the immunization clinic.
