Harmony
In 2005 the Town of Harmony requested the assistance of the Iredell County Planning Department in implementing zoning for the Town. After an inter-local agreement was approved between Iredell County and the Town of Harmony a five member Planning Board was appointed by the Town of Harmony Aldermen. The Town Planning Board and County Staff held several public input meetings and created a Future Land Use Plan and Zoning Map. After a public hearing on March 6th, 2006 the Town of Harmony Aldermen adopted a Future Land Use Plan and a Zoning Ordinance for the Town.
