If you are in the white area shown on the map,
- get your zoning permits from Iredell County Planning and Development;
- obtain septic system approval from Iredell County Environmental Health. This step may take more than 2 weeks;
- proceed to the Iredell County Code Enforcement Department for your building permits.
If you are in Statesville, Troutman, or Mooresville’s zoning jurisdiction, get your zoning permits from the respective town’s planning and zoning department, then proceed to the Iredell County Code Enforcement Department for your building permits.
