• Turn left onto NC-21 (headed north).
• Proceed approximately 0.8 miles to the County Health Center at 318 Turnersburg Hwy.

From the East: (Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina)

• Take I-40 West to the NC-21 exit (Exit 151).
• Turn right onto NC-21 (headed north).
• Proceed approximately 0.8 miles to the County Health Center at 318 Turnersburg Hwy.

From the South: (Charlotte, Mooresville)

• Take I-77 North to I-40 West (Exit 51B - Hickory).
• Take I-40 West to the NC-21 exit (Exit 151).
• Turn right onto NC-21 (headed north).
• Proceed approximately 0.8 miles to the County Health Center at 318 Turnersburg Hwy.

From the North:

• Take I-77 South to the US-21 exit (Exit 54).
• Turn RIGHT onto US-21, heading south towards Statesville.
• Proceed approximately 2.2 miles to the County Health Center at 318 Turnersburg Hwy.
