Directions

From the West: (Asheville and Hickory, North Carolina)

  • Take I-40 East. Take Exit 150 (NC-115), turn right onto Center Street.
  • Travel South approximately 1.5 miles to downtown Statesville.
  • The Building Standards Center is located on the right, between 1st Ave. and Stockton St.

 

From the East: (Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina)

  • Take I-40 West. Take Exit 150 (NC-115), turn right onto Center Street.
  • Travel South approximately 1.5 miles to downtown Statesville.
  • The Building Standards Center is located on the right, between 1st Ave. and Stockton St.

 

From the South: (Charlotte, Mooresville)

  • Take I-77 North. Take Exit 49B toward Statesville/Downtown.
  • Turn right onto Salisbury Rd./US-70.
  • Proceed approximately 1.3 miles to E. Front St/US-70.
  • Turn left onto E. Front St., then drive for 1/2 mile to S. Center St.
  • Turn right onto S. Center St. The Building Standards Center is located on the left, between Stockton St. and 1st Ave.

 

From the North:

  • Take I-77 South. Take Exit 50 (E. Broad St.) toward Downtown.
  • Turn right onto E. Broad St. and proceed approximately 1.3 miles to Center St. downtown.
