Directions

From the West: (Asheville and Hickory, North Carolina)

• Take I-40 East to the NC-115 exit (Exit 150). Turn right onto NC-115/N (Center St.)
• Proceed approximately 1.3 miles to Water Street.
• Turn left onto East Water Street; proceed one block down to Tradd St.
• Turn left on Tradd St., then turn right into the parking lot behind the Hall of Justice Annex. The Register of Deeds Office is on the right side of the parking lot, in the rear of the Hall of Justice Annex.

From the East: (Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina)

• Take I-40 West to the NC-115 exit (Exit 150). Turn left onto NC-115/N (Center St.).
• Proceed approximately 1.3 miles to Water Street.
• Turn left onto East Water Street; proceed one block down to Tradd St.
• Turn left on Tradd St., then turn right into the parking lot behind the Hall of Justice Annex. The Register of Deeds Office is on the right side of the parking lot, in the rear of the Hall of Justice Annex.

From the South: (Charlotte, Mooresville)

• Take I-77 North to Exit 49B (Statesville/Downtown). After taking exit, turn right onto Salisbury Road.
• Proceed 1.2 miles to E. Front St.
• Turn left onto E. Front St. then turn right onto US-64/21 (Tradd St.).
• Proceed on Tradd St straight through to Water St.(DO NOT follow US-64/21, which branches to the right).
• Cross Water St, then turn right into the parking lot behind the Hall of Justice Annex. The Register of Deeds Office is on the right side of the parking lot, in the rear of the Hall of Justice Annex.

From the North:

• Take I-77 South to Exit 50 (Statesville/Downtown). Turn right onto NC-2321/E Broad St.
• Proceed approximately 1.3 miles, the turn right onto US-64/US-21/S (Tradd St.).
• Proceed on Tradd St straight through to Water St.(DO NOT follow US-64/21, which branches to the right).
• Cross Water St, then turn right into the parking lot behind the Hall of Justice Annex. The Register of Deeds Office is on the right side of the parking lot, in the rear of the Hall of Justice Annex.
