Soccer - Spring Season
Registration begins for children within the individual
communities in mid January and runs through mid February
- Late registration is taken mid-February. Players are assigned
to teams and Coaches schedule practices through the week,
starting in mid-February as well. Games usually on Saturdays
start in early March and run approximately 6-8 weeks, ending
in Mid April.
Soccer - Fall Season
Registration begins for children within the individual
communities in mid July and runs through mid August. Late
registration is taken in late August, while players are
assigned to teams and coaches schedule practices. (usually
through the week) Games are played Saturdays and start in
early September and run through late October. Fall Tournament
sign ups start in September and run through October. The
Fall Tournament is usually late October/Early November. |
T-Ball, Baseball & Softball
Community registration begins during Mid-January. Late registration is taken in Early-March at the Iredell County Parks & Recreation Office. Practices begin usually through the week, in Mid-March. Games, also scheduled through the week, begin in Mid-April and run through June.
*Note* Softball ages 9 and up register through the Statesville City Recreation & Parks Department at (704)878-3429.

Adult Athletics
Adult Volleyball
Pick up program begins and runs Early November through
April.
Adult Soccer
The Statesville Adult Soccer League plays late spring through
late fall at the Statesville Soccer Complex. Registration
for teams will begin in late February.

Athletic Programs, Classes, and Clinics
Self Defense & Cheerleading
These classes are offered in 3 sessions throughout the year, in coordination with the Young Champions/Cheer America organization. They are open to ages 4-14, and the classes are scheduled for Saturday mornings.
- Registration for the first session begins in January and classes run from Late-January through Mid-April.
- Registration for the second session begins in May and classes run from Mid-May through the month of August.
- Registration for the third session begins in early September and classes run from September through December.

Referee Clinics
First year referee clinics are scheduled during July & a Referee recertification clinic will be scheduled for early August. For additional clinics, visit the website for the North Carolina State Referee Association.
Certifications
National Youth Sports Coaches Association classes are offered for coaching certification upon request. The Parents Association for Youth Sports program for is also available upon request.
