The Iredell County Sheriff's Office gathers information during crime prevention, intervention and investigation. Our Records staff processes that information using a computer software program called Spillman, which is designed for police records. Any computer in this Office can obtain data entry information.

Records processes, distributes and stores documentation of incidents and arrests. Other records responsibilities include warrant and subpoena data entry, preparation of crime analysis reports, and submission of statistics to the State Bureau of Investigation and for the federal Uniform Crime Report (UCR). The unit provides various types of information to police officers, other criminal justice agencies and the general public.

You may obtain copies of incident reports Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at 230 N. Tradd St., Statesville. A member of the office staff will assist you in locating the correct report. The public is not charged for copies of reports.
