Our goal is to eliminate vaccine-preventable diseases and reduce the spread of vaccine-preventable diseases by ensuring age-appropriate vaccination of the population. 

The Health Department provides all required and most recommended vaccinations to infants, children and adults. Some charges may apply.
  • An appointment in needed (walk-ins may be seen if clinic schedule allows)
  • Services provided in Statesville and Mooresville
  • Information for travelers is provided through CDC resources
  • Vaccine information resources provided as requested

Fees and Eligibility
There is a flat rate charge for each vaccine plus an administration fee.  Payment is required at time of service.
Payment for vaccines can be Private pay, Medicaid, or private insurance (BC/BS & Cigna only).  We can bill Medicare for flu and pneumonia vaccines only.

Some clients may meet eligibility criteria to receive state-supplied vaccine at no cost to them.

Service is provided regardless of county of residence.
