What is the Teen Hotline?
The Teen Hotline is designed specifically for patients 12-19 years of age. A Teen Advocate is available to answers questions about health or health department services. Teens can make contact by phone call or text. No test results or any other patient-specific information are given by text, only general questions are answered.

A caring professional who will work one-on-one with teens to answer their questions about health and birth control options
When Can You Call or Text Us?
On all business days 7:45 am-9:00 am and 2:30 pm-4:00 pm staff are assigned to answer any calls/texts to the teen line, to avoid the teen having to leave a message.
The call may not be answered right away if outside the set times, but a voicemail or text can be left.
Voicemail inquiries and text messages left before 4:00 pm will be responded to in the same day at the earliest convenience of staff.
