2019 Notices of Real Estate Assessed Value

The Iredell County Assessor’s Office has conducted a countywide reappraisal with an effective date of January 1, 2019. Notices of Real Estate Assessed Value will be mailed to real property owners on February 1, 2019. This is not a tax bill.
