Troutman ESC Park consists of 30.1 acres located off North Eastway Drive in Troutman, North Carolina.

About the Park
The site has been made possible through the generosity of Engineered Sintered Components (ESC) and is conveniently situated near schools, neighborhoods, civic properties, shops, offices, the downtown, and other employment centers. The park plan was developed over a year to allow multiple meetings and methods to gather an array of input from students, neighbors, and the general public.

A pavilion with restrooms, walking and nature trails, fescue fields, a playground, and a dog park are currently available at the park.

Administration & Maintenance
The Town of Troutman is responsible for liability, utilities, and ultimate operation of the park. To accomplish this, the Town has entered into an agreement with the Iredell County Parks and Recreation Department for maintenance of the park. The Troutman Youth Athletic Association (TYAA) and community volunteers will assist the Town and County in keeping the park clean, safe, and well maintained.

Fees
There is no fee to enter the park, but a fee is required to reserve facilities. For example, if an individual, business, or organization wishes to reserve a facility; such as a ball field, they would pay a fee to ensure availability. However, if recreational facilities are not reserved, anyone can use them at no cost.

Requests for reservations for the pavilion, walking trails, and general park reservations need to be submitted to the
Town of Troutman Parks & Recreation Department at least 7 days prior to the requested date(s). The Town of Troutman manages these applications and fees.
Requests for field use only need to be submitted to the Iredell County Parks & Recreation Department at least 2 weeks prior to the requested date(s). A "Facility Use Request Form" must be completed.
